First things, first: We had a much better month in July than we expected. Things naturally slow down around this time, and we lower our expectation to match. But July surprised us. More people are reading (and apparently enjoying) the series than we knew. So here’s a big Thank You to all our readers! We will strive to continue to be worthy of your support!

We sent out our latest newsletter yesterday, with two chapters this time, as small celebration. We’ll have another one ready this coming weekend.

In the meantime, is there anything else you’d like us to address here? Neither of us have cats, so I’m afraid cute kitten pictures are out, but sound off in the comments with your thoughts.

Until next time, happy reading!

    Hi Owen,

sure go ahead and mail me (I assume you do see the mail address I have to enter to post here – send a message there and I’ll get it just fine).

just finished devou… *cough* reading the first 3 books of the series. Vastly entertaining read, thanks 🙂
Looking forward to the next releases.

On the list of things to address:
    – What’s the best way to give feedback? I know, writing a review on Amazon is a good way to start, but some feedback just doesn’t mesh with public publishing styles (as it is subject to (mis-)interpretation by many people). Any way to write a traditional fan letter?
    – I’m a bit … habitually neat and compiled a list of (supposed) typos and errors of choice of word for all three titles. Posting the table here would be hard to fit into this format, so is there any good way to submit that?

Generally, it might be a good idea to add a short FAQ section that addresses the basic issues a fan might have (best ways to provide feedback, policy on fanfiction, probable next releases, any literature-related events you might be holding/joining and what else you can think of that might fit in).

Cheers, and thanks again for the many hours of great entertainment,

      Thanks Fred!

Can we email you? That would be best right now.

And you are right — we have been neglectful regarding putting up the FAQ such as you mention. We need to do something about that.
